Job summary

Citi is seeking a NAM Head of Business Engagement for Fixed Income Trade Processing to align technology with front-office priorities across Rates and Spread Products. You will bridge business stakeholders and a global engineering organization, translating complex needs into actionable technology solutions.

Lead multiple teams, oversee platform buildouts, electronic trading STP, and regulatory reporting, while shaping the technology strategy for North America’s FI business and maintaining risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology/finance roles in capital markets.
• 7+ years leading and developing teams in a global, matrixed environment.
• Engagement with senior business stakeholders (traders, desk heads, sales).
• Deep knowledge of Fixed Income products and trading flows, including STP and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with enterprise trading platforms and modern delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technology liaison for Rates and Spread Products desk heads.
• Maintain real-time pulse on business priorities and surface needs.
• Translate priorities into roadmaps with the FITP engineering team.
• Coordinate global development, QA, and support across time zones.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of platform buildouts, STP, and reporting.
• Establish governance cadences with Front Office Trading, MQA and Sales.
