Citi is seeking a Fixed Income & SFT Tech Delivery Lead (VP) to guide a high-impact development team in evolving a large-scale trading platform. You will oversee microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and fault-tolerant systems that process high transaction volumes daily.

The role offers a hybrid work model with global collaboration across geographies. You’ll engage with business partners to shape technology strategy and deliver robust, scalable solutions in Fixed Income markets.

Qualifications

• Strong proven relevant commercial experience in the Financial Service industry.
• Experience as senior developer and tech expert in an Applications Development team using Java/Spring.
• Extensive experience building cloud-based microservices.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments and Fixed Income markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Applications Development team to achieve goals and manage personnel.
• Provide technical oversight across systems and applications.
• Develop reusable components and services following Citi best practices.
• Drive architecture and execute the technical strategy.
• Collaborate with business to evolve architecture roadmap.
