Job summary

Citi is hiring for the FI Trade Processing - NAM Head of Business Engagement in New York. You will bridge business stakeholders and the global engineering organization, aligning technology strategy with front-office priorities across Rates and Spread Products.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive platform modernization, and ensure timely delivery of critical initiatives with strong governance and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology, financial services, or client-facing roles within capital markets.
• 7+ years of leadership and people management experience in a global, matrixed environment.
• Ability to engage senior business stakeholders including traders, desk heads, and sales leadership.
• Deep knowledge of major Fixed Income products and trading flows, including STP and regulatory reporting.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs on time and within scope.
• Solid architectural understanding of enterprise trading platforms, microservices and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technology liaison for Rates and Spread Products desk heads, building trusted relationships with front-office leadership.
• Maintain real-time insight into evolving business priorities and surface needs before blockers.
• Translate front-office priorities into technology roadmaps and leverage global FITP engineering teams.
• Partner with global development, QA, and support teams to ensure delivery and resourcing across time zones.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of key initiatives including platform buildout and regulatory reporting.
• Establish engagement cadences with Front Office Trading, MQA and Sales with transparent delivery status.
• Champion platform capabilities to drive adoption of new features and modernization initiatives.
• Manage teams, perform evaluations, and handle hiring decisions.
