Job summary

Citi seeks a Global Head of Credit Trading Technology in New York to lead the Front-office Technology team supporting the Credit trading desk across investment grade, high yield, distressed debt, CDS, and structured credit. You will partner with traders, sales and product development to identify technology priorities and deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Lead architecture transformation and a global development effort, drive SDLC excellence, and champion AI tooling to improve pricing and risk

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in the design and development of front office trading, risk, or portfolio management software systems.
Front Office Technology background in Credit markets strongly preferred.
Strong Java or C# experience.
Demonstratable experience with AI tooling and/or implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead the Front-office Technology team that builds and supports Credit trading technology solutions.
Transform existing application architecture and align with business priorities across Credit markets.
Collaborate with Traders, Sales and Product Development to identify priorities and deliver robust solutions.
Ensure SDLC processes, risk controls, and Engineering Excellence practices are applied globally.
