Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst and Product Manager for its Fixed Income - Spread Products Technology team.

You will partner with the business to guide end-to-end lending flow, and collaborate with multiple groups to drive product technology and project delivery. The role involves developing technical solutions, formulating roadmaps, and communicating with senior stakeholders across global regions.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
• Experience presenting and using planning tools.
• Strong diplomatic and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage complex issues with substantial potential impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex, high-volume applications.
• Lead strategies/processes for Product Road map, Development and Governance and contribute to defining standards and new automation initiatives.
• Develop communication to guide, influence and convince others, including colleagues in other areas and external customers.
• Provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business and filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources.
• Work among a team of committed individuals to solicit and document detailed and thorough system and function requirements (BRD) including various workflows to enhance business technology platform.
• Transition requirements to QA teams across multiple global regions and assist in identifying test scenarios and work with business users to execute UAT, conduct business user training and mange technology implementation
• Deliver material/presentations to Senior Management and application owners and apprise key stakeholders with project health
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup
