Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, education, business administration, public administration, or related field required.
• Advanced education or relevant professional training preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years progressive leadership experience in human services or related organization.
• Experience developing, implementing, evaluating, and expanding programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive vision and strategy for Day Habilitation, CBDS, Employment Services, and P.O.W.E.R.
• Oversee daily operations of multiple program sites ensuring dignity, independence and community inclusion.
• Ensure compliance with DDS, DPH, MassHealth, CARF standards and DDS-funded contracts.
• Lead budget development, funding proposals, and financial performance monitoring.
• Lead the day-to-day development and evolution of P.O.W.E.R. from concept through implementation.
• Support staffing, partnerships, and workforce planning to enable high-quality service delivery.
