Peninsula Fiber Network, LLC (PFN) is seeking a Manager of Critical Infrastructure Services in Marquette, MI. This full-time role focuses on NG911, public sector connectivity, and other essential telecom services for government, healthcare, and enterprise clients.

You will evaluate technologies, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with partners to evolve PFN’s network offerings while ensuring high reliability and service standards.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in telecommunications, network engineering, technology strategy, product development, or related field.
• Strong understanding of carrier, fiber optic, transport, IP, broadband, voice, or mission-critical environments.
• Experience with customers, technology vendors, carriers, and strategic partners.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical recommendations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and growth of PFN’s critical infrastructure and telecom service offerings.
• Serve as a technical and strategic resource for customers, agencies, partners, and vendors.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and opportunities aligned with PFN’s objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with public sector organizations and technology partners.
• Assist with solutions, presentations, proposals, and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, and leadership to align needs with solutions.
• Provide expertise on network resiliency, service levels, and mission-critical environments.
• Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations to leadership.
