Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Director of Corporate Events to lead and elevate the company’s presence through world-class events. You will own the strategy, planning, and flawless execution of flagship conferences, investor and broker events, and partner engagements across markets.

You’ll work with Marketing, Sales, Communications, Partnerships, and executives to align events with brand strategy, mission, and business goals, while maintaining rigorous ROI and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in event strategy, corporate relations, experiential marketing, or stakeholder engagement.
• Must be willing to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, and flawless execution of Oscar’s flagship corporate events.
• Own end-to-end event lifecycle from concept to post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Communications, Partnerships, and leadership to reflect Oscar’s mission in events.
• Manage multi-million-dollar budgets and ensure measurable ROI.
• Oversee vendor sourcing, negotiations, and contract management for events.
• Develop scalable frameworks for local events across markets.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary events team and uphold brand standards.
