Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of broadband and/or community/economic development programs.
• Knowledge of funding regulations and compliance in state/federal programs.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish priorities, work plans, and accountability measures for assigned programs.
• Direct implementation of state and federally funded broadband programs (e.g., BEAD).
• Provide executive oversight of deployment activities, grants, and project performance.
