Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Human + AI Org Design Lead to redefine how organizations operate with AI agents alongside humans. The role shapes collaboration norms, governance, and operating rhythms across enterprise clients in Life Sciences and beyond.

You will guide cross-functional teams, build governance models, and drive design sessions with C-suite leaders to define new ways of working and implementable operating models.

Qualifications

• Experience in organizational design, operating model redesign, or management consulting
• redesigning decision rights, accountability frameworks, and collaboration norms in large-scale transformations
• Design governance models for new tech deployments in enterprise settings
• Familiarity with human + AI teaming and AI agent deployment implications
• Strong facilitation skills for senior stakeholder workshops and cross-priority alignment

Responsibilities

• Redesign cross-functional collaboration norms for human + AI environments
• Define governance structures and accountability when AI agents perform tasks
• Lead design sessions with client leaders to align on new operating models
• Document future-state operating model for the Process Blueprint Lead
• Develop role-level design framework for AI-assisted work
• Ensure org design aligns with process redesign and tech timelines
