Qualifications

• At least 8 years in organizational design, operating model redesign, or management consulting.
• Experience designing governance models for large-scale transformations.
• Familiarity with human + AI teaming and agentic AI deployment.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management with senior executives.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in Life Sciences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Redesign cross-functional collaboration norms and decision rights.
• Define governance structures for AI-enabled tasks.
• Lead design sessions with client leaders to align on new operating models.
• Document future-state operating model for implementation.
• Develop role-level design framework for AI-augmented work.
• Coordinate with process redesign and tech timelines.
• Travel up to 80%.
