Zillow Group’s Business Communications team seeks a Sr. Manager to own the narratives for our agent and broker businesses. You’ll be the single comms partner for GMs and product leaders, setting strategy, priorities, and the program direction across media relations, owned content and events.

This is a strategy-and-orchestration role, not hands-on drafting, requiring close collaboration with product, legal and policy teams to guide a large customer base through change with clarity and credibility.

Formación

• 10+ years of communications experience in a technical, customer-facing business where product, legal and policy intersect.
• Experience developing and owning a communications strategy, guiding channel teams toward effective tactics.
• Ability to turn complex topics into clear, credible narratives for senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Set the overall communications strategy and narrative for Zillow’s agent and broker businesses, including high-level messaging and priorities.
• Run point as strategic PM across media relations, owned content and events to keep the program coherent.
• Ensure the business hears from one comms partner and messages stay aligned across channels and teams.
• Maintain close alignment with the product roadmap and business context to brief channel teams ahead of needs.
