Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of B2B Paid Marketing to own media strategy and investment for the Agent software and advertising product portfolio. You will lead two media planners and partner with cross-functional teams to drive demand and pipeline.

This remote role reports to the Director of Paid Media, oversees an eight-figure budget, defines measurement systems, and guides AI-enabled planning and reporting to improve ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing with paid media experience.
• 3+ years of people management and leading teams.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and AI-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with ABM, intent-based media, and multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
• Strong analytical skills with attribution, MMM, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the B2B paid media strategy and investment for Agent software and ads.
• Manage an eight-figure annual budget and measure impact on pipeline.
• Lead two media planners and coordinate with agency partners.
• Define measurement systems, attribution, and AI-enabled planning.
• Present recommendations to leadership and drive cross-functional initiatives.
