Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Launch Manager to drive cross-functional alignment and readiness for software offers and product launches. You will enable excellent customer experiences through repeatable processes and clear communication across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and more.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to risk and contingencies to ensure launches stay on plan.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years in product/launch management with a Bachelor's degree; PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Able to navigate a highly-matrixed organization and gain trust with leaders across multiple layers.
• Highly customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and communicate product launch plans and track deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies from the cross functional launch team.
• Identify cross-functional stakeholders and their associated launch plan tasks/deliverables.
• Ensure all stakeholders understand their needs and commitments for each launch.
• Anticipate issues, proactively explore contingencies, and provide escalation management throughout new product launches.
• Collaborate with leaders across organizations to synchronize timelines for customer and company launch readiness.
• Develop and enhance tools and processes to improve collaboration and reduce redundancy for launch success.
