Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain NPI Project Manager to lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning through execution and monitoring. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure supply continuity for engineering qualifications and supplier performance.

The role emphasizes strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, resource management, and documentation to support project steering and status updates.

Qualifications

• Competencies in planning, supplier management, customer/stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, excellent analytical skill set and a strategic thinker.
• Excellent communication and people skills to drive projects and work with various levels of management internally and suppliers.
• Good understanding of BOM structures and supply chain touch points.
• Proficiency in Google Suites.
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan and execute project lifecycle management with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements meet business needs and internal metrics.
• Identify gaps and risks in the overall engineering qualification and provide mitigation plans to avoid delay in the project implementation.
• Lead cross‑functional (internal & external) meetings to ensure project completion on time without impacting supply continuity.
• Plan, execute and monitor new projects to ensure all obligations are met; coordinate projects, establish and manage interdependencies.
• Support supplier performance evaluation and improvement initiatives related to project responsiveness and supportability.
• Prepare project documentation and presentations for status updates and project steering committee meetings and related project meetings.
• Manage project resources, resolve issues and escalations, and manage change‑management expectations during the project.
• Possess good communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders of assigned systems/projects.
