Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP is seeking a Lateral Partner Senior Recruiting Manager based in the Dallas office to lead partner recruiting across Texas. You will collaborate with firm leadership to align hiring priorities with business objectives, manage relationships with external recruiters, and guide candidates through the hiring process.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in Attorney Recruiting, including Partner Recruiting.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to understand lateral partner hiring priorities in the relevant markets.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive partner recruiting strategy for assigned offices.
• Manage relationships with external recruiters and develop recruiting opportunities.
• Oversee contracting with external recruiters in line with firm objectives.
• Guide candidates and leaders through the recruiting process, maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Plan interviews, conduct due diligence, draft employment agreements, and assemble information for leadership evaluation.
• Maintain recruiting records and documentation.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
