Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Significant experience in attorney recruiting, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle lateral attorney recruitment, ideally for associate- and counsel-level hiring.
• Strong knowledge of the legal recruiting market, including search firm relationships and lateral hiring practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, senior leadership, candidates, and external recruiters.
• Strong project management, organizational, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics and using data to inform hiring strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and plan searches.
• Draft hiring requests and coordinate full-cycle recruiting.
• Source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.
• Develop candidate pipelines and manage relationships with search firms.
• Ensure accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Support due diligence and onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and other teams for a seamless process.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates and attorneys.
