Rossen Landscape is a premier, high-end residential landscape company serving the greater Washington, DC metro area. Based in Sterling, VA, we seek an organized Landscape Procurement & Purchasing Manager to ensure production runs smoothly by securing materials and managing vendor relationships.

This role oversees purchasing, inventory, receiving, nursery operations, and various operational support functions, collaborating with Operations, Production, Design, Sales and Finance to efficiently

Responsibilities

• Strategic procurement and purchasing of plant materials, irrigations, soils, and related supplies.
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing while ensuring quality.
• Forecast needs and manage inventory to support production.
• Receive and verify deliveries; manage material logistics and yard inventory.
• Oversee nursery operations and uniform/operational support tasks.
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
