Job summary

Rossen Landscape in Sterling, VA is seeking a Residential Landscape Account Manager to manage client relationships, respond to requests promptly, discuss goods and services, and report on service performance. You’ll identify sales opportunities, calculate costs, arrange billing, and leverage CRM software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams).

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset. A clean driving record and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years landscaping experience and 3 years customer service.
• 1 year sales experience and LMA knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship - Use CRM tools (Aspire, Office, Outlook, Teams) to manage client contacts.
• Property Advocacy - Process maintenance requests and respond to client feedback.
• Prompt Client Response - Acknowledge and respond within 24 hours.
• Client Experience - Discuss goods or services with clients to meet needs.
• Enhancement Identification - Identify ways to elevate property through plants or services.
• Estimating And Selling - Determine charges and arrange billing for services.
• Project Management - Ensure projects are delivered as promised.
• Quality Assurance - Inspect and report on service performance.
• Coaching & Mentoring - Foster team growth and best landscape outcomes.
