Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Landscape Production Manager for its Commercial Landscape Maintenance team in Melbourne, FL. This role directs crews, coordinates materials and equipment, and ensures high-quality landscape services for large HOA portfolios and commercial properties.

You will support Account Managers in customer service, estimating, and budgeting, while promoting safety, continuous improvement, and a positive team culture across field operations.

Qualifications

• Understand client needs via regular communication with Account Manager.
• Manage all landscape services, coordinating materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties prior to service and prepare action plans.
• Monitor irrigation systems and identify repairs or improvements.
• Ensure safety standards and proper equipment upkeep.
• Hire and schedule crew members; develop growth plans for staff.
