Job summary

Pacific Landscape Management, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Account Manager to collaborate with production crews on high-end commercial and estate properties in Washington. You will drive profitability, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain service quality across multiple sites.

The role requires horticulture expertise, supervisory experience, and strong communication. Applicants should have pesticide licensing or the ability to obtain it within 90 days, and hold a clean WA driver's license.

Qualifications

• Five years of landscaping field experience and multiple years in property management oversight.
• Degree or certification in horticulture, or related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of Pacific Northwest plants, pests, disease, and pruning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage profitability, client satisfaction, quality of services, and employee retention on assigned sites.
• Provide high-level customer service and clear written/verbal communication to clients and vendors.
• Identify and sell ancillary services such as irrigation upgrades and site enhancements.
• Supervise crews to ensure efficiency, safety, and contract adherence.
• Complete work reports and punch lists in a timely, articulate manner.
• Oversee asset care, vehicle maintenance, and field offices.
