Job summary

PulteGroup, a leading homebuilder, seeks a Career Level professional to oversee land development due diligence, budgeting, and scheduling across designated markets. You will coordinate land planning with municipalities and utilities, pursue zoning changes, and manage budgets and cash flow for pre-acquisition activities.

Responsibilities include reviewing purchase agreements, coordinating joint development ventures, and ensuring design documents and site plans align with project goals.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced analytics, planning and organizational capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of due diligence, feasibility budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate land planning with municipalities, agencies and utilities.
• Pursue zoning and land-use changes through public meetings and hearings.
• Manage pre-acquisition land development budgets, schedules and cash flow.
• Review Purchase Agreements and monitor entitlement terms.
• Assist in coordination of joint development agreements or JVs.
• Review design docs and site plans for coordination and accuracy.
• Determine utility availability, concurrencies and impact fees.
