Job summary

Pulte Homes of Minnesota is seeking a qualified candidate to manage project due diligence, feasibility budgets, and entitlement activities. The role requires onsite attendance at assigned project sites in the Greater MSP area.

The position emphasizes leadership, planning, and collaboration with municipalities, developers and internal teams to deliver land development projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee due diligence, feasibility budgets, schedules, and entitlement activities.
• Assign and manage due diligence projects for the designated area; assess risks.
• Coordinate land planning with municipalities and utilities.
• Pursue zoning and land use changes through public meetings.
• Manage pre-acquisition land development budgets, schedules and cash flow.
• Review agreements and assist with coordination of joint development efforts.
• Review designs, site plans and utility needs for project coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
