Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of project due diligence.

• Pursue zoning and land use changes thru public meetings.
• Manage all pre-acquisition land development budgets.
• Review design documents for accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
