Job summary

Taylor Morrison Inc. is seeking a Land Development Manager in Tampa, FL, to coordinate the development of company-owned property and manage budgets, schedules, and permitting across all phases.

You will guide civil engineers, manage contractors, and ensure timely delivery of lots in line with business plans. The role requires strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and ability to navigate regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate land development plans and budgets across phases.
• Direct civil engineers on improvement plan issues and schedules.
• Manage bids, contracts, and vendor/supplier schedules.
• Ensure compliance with planning approvals, permits, and regulations.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and on-site progress reviews.
• Oversee day-to-day development activities and construction coordination.
• Prepare and oversee subdivision-related disclosures and sales handoffs.
• Provide guidance to management on risk and schedule impacts.
• Collaborate with HOA/CDD and external agencies as needed.
• Ensure erosion control and environmental considerations are addressed.
• Lead community openings and post-opening punch list activities.
