Taylor Morrison Inc. is seeking a Land Development Manager in the United States to coordinate the development of company-owned property from plat to construction.

You will manage budgets, track invoices, and ensure timely delivery of lots while aligning with jurisdictional permit requirements and design-related needs. The role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder communication, and the ability to anticipate issues and drive results.

Qualifications

• 3 years combined experience in the Home Building Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Civil Engineering, Planning or Construction Management.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate obstacles and propose favorable solutions.
• Strong writing and public speaking skills desirable for reporting.
• Ability to read improvement plans and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate land development concepts from plat through construction.
• Direct civil engineers on plan issues and schedules.
• Manage day-to-day development activities and contractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with agency requirements and permits.
• Prepare scopes of work, bid packages, and contracts.
• Lead New Community Opening Meetings.
• Oversee budget and invoices.
