Taylor Morrison is seeking a Land Development Manager to coordinate the development of company-owned property, manage budgets, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of lots. You will play a key role in planning with jurisdictions and securing building permits, while aligning with business plans and financial objectives.

The role requires understanding land development processes, timing, and coordination with engineers, contractors, and agencies.
