Responsibilities

• Coordinate conceptual plan/preliminary plat/final plat processes.
• Direct civil engineer on improvement plan issues and schedules.
• Prepare scopes of work, bid packages and construction contracts.
• Manage day-to-day development activities and contractor schedules.
• Ensure compliance with agency requirements and approved plans.
