Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in civil engineering, ideally in residential master-planned community development.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with strong client development skills.
• Open to Assistant Project Managers taking on lead duties.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for projects including paving, grading, drainage, and water lines.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients.
• Responsible for project management reporting and client invoicing.
