Join BGE, Inc., a nationwide civil engineering consulting firm, as a Senior Project Manager overseeing residential land development from concept to construction. Lead a multidisciplinary team and build lasting client relationships while delivering high-quality master-planned communities.

You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and invoicing, mentor engineers, and help expand the Land Development practice through proactive business development and local regulatory coordination in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• P.E. license in Texas is required.
• 8+ years in residential land development engineering.
• 4+ years in project management leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong experience with single-family developments and master-planned communities.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, StormCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential land development projects from concept through construction.
• Direct a team of project managers, engineers, EITs and designers.
• Oversee design and development of subdivisions and master-planned communities.
• Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to staff.
• Support business development and client engagement.
