Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a Lease & Title Analyst to review complex leases, title opinions, and assignments, ensuring accurate ownership and obligations across assets. The role involves data entry, research of title documents, and coordinating with Land teams on calendars and expirations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various landowner types including private, state, federal, and tribal
• Experience in shut-in review and payment process with DOI/DOU/title opinions
• Capable of exercising business judgment through independent risk analysis

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret lease terms and conditions of oil & gas leases and related contracts
• Input and maintain lease and contract data in Quorum Land for operated and non-operated assets
• Ensure well, lease and contract relationships are accurate using GIS and state websites
• Identify and document actual holdings of company in terms of acreage and ownership
• Support multiple Land regions’ review of calendars including obligations and expirations
• Assist in acquisition, divestiture and data setup/cleanup with acreage and legal descriptions
