• Minimum of 4 years' related experience in Land Acquisition
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to prepare, interpret and present financial analyses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent communication skills
• Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license

• Identify land acquisition opportunities through brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, municipal officials, and in-house contacts
• Present land deals to senior leaders and drive approvals
• Analyze financial analyses and market data to support acquisition decisions
