Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a senior professional to source and lock powered land and brownfield sites capable of delivering hundreds of megawatts to gigawatts of capacity. • You have sourced and closed land or site acquisitions where powering the site was the constraint.

Responsibilities

• Source and lock powered land and brownfield sites delivering hundreds of MW to GW capacity.
• Negotiate land purchase, lease, and option agreements with landowners, developers, and utilities.
• Diligence power availability, interconnection queue position, substation proximity, and deliverability before a site advances past LOI.
• Build and manage a pipeline of powered-land opportunities across regions and kill weak sites fast.
