The role requires deep knowledge of land-use, interconnection processes, and the ability to manage a multi-site pipeline while moving fast to close favorable deals. This is a high-impact position at Fluidstack, Seattle-area-focused.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and closing land or site acquisitions where power delivery is the constraint.
• Ability to negotiate purchase, lease, and option agreements with landowners, developers, and utilities.
• Familiarity with interconnection queues, capacity maps, or substation studies.

Responsibilities

• Source and lock powered land and brownfield sites with capacity to deliver hundreds of MWs.
• Negotiate land purchase, lease, and option agreements with landowners, developers, and utilities.
• Diligence power availability, interconnection queue position, substation proximity before site advances.
• Build and manage a pipeline of powered land opportunities across regions; prune weak sites early.
• Hand off secured sites with clean title and proven power path to development teams.
