Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Manager, Labor Relations (US) to provide strategic leadership for labor relations across the United States, supporting our unions and bargaining units. You will lead negotiations, guide contract administration, and advise leaders on business changes affecting represented employees.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience including at least 5 years in Labor Relations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor relations legislation and federal/state employment laws.
• Experience leading collective bargaining negotiations with significant bargaining units.

Responsibilities

• Lead labor relations activities across the United States with consistent, business-aligned strategies.
• Develop and implement strategic labor relations plans compliant with CBAs and labor laws.
• Guide collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration, including grievances, arbitration, and interpretation.
• Serve as lead negotiator for collective bargaining where applicable and advise on complex LR matters.
• Lead and coach the U.S. Labor Relations team on contract administration and interpretation.
• Advise leaders on business changes impacting unionized employees and maintain strong union relationships with stakeholders.
