Qualifications

• Prior public sector and/or K‑12 school district experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on contract language, implications and risk.
• Oversee employee investigations and documentation.
• Oversee the grievance process through all steps with due process.
• Coordinate district responses and evidence gathering.
• Administer and interpret collective bargaining agreements and Civil Service procedures.
• Provide training on labor relations for district personnel.
