Job summary

You will counsel managers on HR policy, administer policies, and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws while aligning HR practices with business goals. Night/weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of labor relations experience.
• Ability to interpret and administer labor agreements and policies.

Responsibilities

• Investigating and resolving labor grievances to ensure compliance with collective agreements.
• Developing labor relations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
