Job summary

Spectrum seeks a Labor Relations Director to develop and implement strategies for an engaged, productive workforce. You will work with leaders and frontline employees to foster a positive work environment and educate management on labor relations.

Proven experience in labor relations, organizing campaigns, and HR leadership is required. The role entails 50-75% travel across our footprint and offers significant career growth within Spectrum.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of labor relations experience including managing organizing campaigns.
• Management and/or HR experience of 5+ years.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Deep knowledge of employee relations practices and labor law; organizing campaigns experience.
• Strong analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills; leadership and mentoring ability.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; ability to present to management; work under pressure.
• Travel: Office environment with 50-75% travel.
