Qualifications

• Fifteen years of HR experience in a highly complex, unionized environment.
• At least ten years direct experience with union negotiations, administration and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to create and execute labor relation strategies.
• Advise on union negotiations, wage and benefits proposals, and bargaining history.
• Align compensation strategies with market conditions and total rewards considerations.
• Develop communication and engagement plans with key stakeholders in labor relations.
• Lead or participate in local and national bargaining with significant economic impact.
