Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (JD, MBA or related field).
• Significant experience in labor relations, workforce economics, or compensation analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in labor costing, collective bargaining support, and interpretation of union contracts.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary labor costing expert for all collective bargaining agreements across the system.
• Develop and maintain labor cost models to support contract negotiations and leadership decision-making.
• Develop and regularly update detailed presentations for senior and local leadership to facilitate decision-making related to economic bargaining authority.
• Analyze costing scenarios and collaborate with negotiation teams to evaluate settlement options within authority.
• Dives deep into labor contracts to maximize financial sustainability and supports on-demand costing outputs during negotiations.
• Train and mentor ERLR staff on labor costing tools and methodologies.
