Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of progressive employee/labor relations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Experience as chief spokesperson in bargaining settings.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal labor law.
• Ability to manage complex negotiations and teams.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• SPHR certified or JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief negotiator in collective bargaining negotiations.
• Oversee labor-management relations strategy and execution.
• Lead Kaiser Permanente's Labor Relations philosophy, vision, and goals.
• Develop and implement strategic planning for Labor Relations activities.
• Counsel senior leadership on interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
