Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Labor Relations leading negotiations and administration of multiple labor agreements.
• Experience in due diligence for acquisitions of union represented operations.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with travel >50%.

Responsibilities

• Collective Bargaining - primary spokesperson negotiating on behalf of Penske Logistics and Penske Truck Leasing.
• Arbitration - lead counsel planning and advocating for Penske operations.
• Develop and maintain effective relations with labor counterparts.
• Provide timely advice on labor agreement administration and labor law.
• Conduct discipline and discharge reviews and guide grievance handling.
• Assess liability and mitigate risk for multi-employer pension/health care plans.
• Develop and conduct training for labor agreement administration.
• Due-diligence and labor relations advice on acquisitions or new ventures.
