Penske Logistics is seeking an Area Human Resources Manager to partner with our operations teams across multiple states. The role supports 1,500+ associates, with 500 direct HR support across 27 locations, and requires up to 50% overnight travel.

The position can be based in Denver, CO or Peoria, AZ, or other markets for the right candidate, and offers a competitive salary, benefits, development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• SHRM or HRCI Certification(s) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience supporting multiple locations required.
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience across HR facets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations to identify and implement HR initiatives that improve business performance.
• Collaborate with staffing to attract top talent and participate in interview decisions.
• Lead leadership development and succession planning activities.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement across locations.
• Manage associate and labor relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
