Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Labor Relations Director to develop and implement strategies that keep a productive and positive workplace across our 45-state footprint. You will partner with leaders and frontline employees to educate management on labor issues and shape proactive approaches.

This role offers location options in Las Vegas NV, Charlotte NC, Greenwood Village CO, Atlanta GA or St. Louis MO with 50–75% travel. A Bachelor's degree is required; a law degree or MS in ER/LR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: Labor relations experience of 5+ years, must have experience managing organizing campaigns.
• Management and/or HR experience 5+ years
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Technical skills: Deep knowledge of employee relations practices and labor law. Organizing campaigns experience.
• Skills: Analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities; leadership and mentoring; strong training and presentation skills.
• Abilities: English reading/writing/speaking; ability to present to management; strategic thinking and decision making; able to work under pressure.
• Travel Ability: Office environment with 50-75% travel required.
