This includes working with leaders and frontline employees to ensure a positive employee working environment, educating management on labor related issues, and developing proactive measures to create a culture that can attract and retain great employees. • Supporting the Senior Director, Labor Relations in defining and articulating the organization's strategies for proactive employee and labor relations

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Labor relations experience of 5+ years, must have experience managing organizing campaigns.
• Management and/or HR experience 5+ years
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Technical skills: Deep knowledge of employee relations practices and labor law. Organizing campaign experience.
• Skills: Demonstrated analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated team and relationship building skills. Proven leadership and mentoring skills. Strong training and presentation skills.
• Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Can develop and implement action plans. Can effectively present information to management. Can make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure. Can show judgment and initiative and accomplish job duties. Can communicate effectively with all levels in the organization. Can think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs, and expectations
• Travel Ability: Office environment with 50-75% travel required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Law degree or Masters in ER/LR
• Knowledge of telecommunications industry is a plus

The base pay for this position generally is between $126,300.00 and $246,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
