Mass General Brigham Incorporated seeks a Labor Relations Lead - Costing & Strategic Economics to act as the enterprise expert on labor costing across the system. You will develop costing models, support negotiation strategies and present economic positions to senior leaders.

In this role you will train staff, collaborate with HR, Finance and Legal, and contribute to standardized labor economics practice while ensuring financial sustainability during multi-site negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (JD, MBA or related field).
• Significant experience in labor relations, workforce economics, or compensation analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in labor costing, collective bargaining support, and interpretation of union contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary labor costing expert for all collective bargaining agreements across the system.
• Develop and maintain labor cost models to support contract negotiations and leadership decision-making.
• Develop and regularly update detailed presentations for senior leadership to facilitate economic bargaining decisions.
• Analyze costing scenarios and collaborate with negotiators and ERLR COE on settlement approaches.
• Dives deep into labor contracts to maximize financial sustainability.
• Support concurrent negotiations by delivering timely costing outputs during negotiations.
• Train and mentor ERLR staff on labor costing tools and methodologies.
