Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Industrial/Labor Relations or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects for Employee & Labor Relations team.
• Support bargaining activities including preparatory research and planning; manage information requests.
• Provide analytics, reports, and presentations to support ELR function.
• Navigate union environment to implement systemic changes across the organization.
