Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a Labor Agreement Analyst to support the Corporate Legal Department. You will manage and analyze CBAs, NMAs, PLAs, LOAs, MOUs, and travel agreements, building a centralized system of record and monitoring compliance.

You will review terms for legal and operational risk, track renewal and wage changes, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, labor relations, HR, construction management, legal studies, or related field.
Significant experience reviewing, interpreting, administering, or supporting collective bargaining agreements.
Strong understanding of union labor environments and contract administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to draft summaries and reports.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Design, maintain centralized database of CBAs, NMAs, PLAs, LOAs, MOUs, and travel agreements.
Monitor compliance with labor agreements; analyze wages, hours, and conditions.
Provide guidance on obligations, work rules, jurisdictional issues, and dispute procedures.
Prepare reports on agreement status, renewals, and risks for leadership.
Support bargaining strategy with data and trend analysis.
