Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc is seeking a Contract Analyst to review and analyze commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. You will support drafting, negotiating, and finalizing terms with clients, vendors, and partners, and maintain accurate contract records throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field and 4+ years in contracting, with strong analytical, communication, and risk-mitigation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, or Health-related field.
• 4+ years contracting experience including drafting, negotiating and supporting various commercial contracts.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, analysis and negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; detail oriented with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret commercial contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance throughout the life cycle for compliance and milestones.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contractual terms with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate contract negotiations, development and approval.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and ensure timely contract execution.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and termination processes.
• Provide guidance and training on contractual procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting agreements.
• Conduct vendor coordination and oversight.
• Perform research on various contracting questions.
• Perform other duties as required.
