Job summary

Cognizant in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Senior/Principal Lab Informatics & Digital Lab Consultant to lead consulting, assessments, and transformation initiatives across Manufacturing, QC, and analytical labs.

The role requires strong IT and lab informatics background, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, define target-state solutions, and translate recommendations into executable programs.

Qualifications

• Typically 15–18+ years of experience in Lab Informatics or related consulting.
• Strong Life Sciences experience, particularly Manufacturing and QC labs.
• Excellent knowledge of LIMS, ELN, CDS, SDMS and related lab tech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Lab consulting, assessments, strategy and transformation roadmaps.
• Assess laboratory processes, applications, data, and infrastructure.
• Facilitate workshops with Laboratory Business, IT and senior leadership.
• Translate recommendations into executable large-scale programs.
